My story
wild honey mama was born at the intersection of nourishment, embodied regulation, and rooted motherhood. after navigating my own prolonged season of postpartum dysregulation, i became deeply committed to supporting women in restoring steadiness and returning to embodied living.
what began as my own healing slowly revealed itself as a calling — a deep love for being in service to mothers as they find their way back to themselves.
the name wild honey mama reflects what i believe about healing.
wild: trusting the body’s instinct and the ancestral wisdom it holds.
honey: slow, nourishing, natural.
mama: nurturing, rooted, embodied motherhood.
wildlight provisions is the tangible extension of this philosophy — small-batch, seasonal nourishment shared through select pop-ups and custom orders, crafted with the same intention that guides my coaching. while it reflects my love of seasonal living and nourishment, my primary focus and deepest passion are walking alongside women in nervous system recalibration and motherhood.
with a foundation in biology and years of training across integrative health, nutrition, yoga, breathwork, and energy medicine, i bridge modern science with embodied wisdom. i am currently in professional training as a somatic experiencing® practitioner, continuing to deepen my trauma-informed, body-based approach.
for several years, i worked in a family chiropractic clinic, witnessing firsthand how profoundly the nervous system shapes pregnancy, postpartum recovery, childhood development, and the overall wellbeing of a family. that experience anchored my belief that healing is not something we force — it is something we create safety for. the body carries an innate intelligence. my goal is to help women reconnect with that intelligence so they can move beyond survival and into grounded, sustainable strength.
motherhood became my greatest initiation. through that experience, my vision became clear: supporting mothers is one of the most meaningful ways we can shape the future. mothers are the ones raising the next generation. if we want a more conscious, regulated, compassionate world, mothers must be supported in becoming regulated first and foremost.
when a mother’s nervous system becomes steady, her capacity expands. her intuition sharpens. her presence deepens. from that place, she can move toward greater coherence between brain and heart — a state where clarity, resilience, creativity, and true potential begin to unfold.
this is how change happens. one regulated mother at a time.
today, my work lives at the meeting point of science and intuition, structure and softness. i believe food is sacred, regulation is foundational, and mothers deserve support that honors both their biology and their becoming. through seasonal nourishment, steady nervous system practices, and holistic rhythms for daily life, i support women in coming home to themselves — steady in their bodies, clear in their minds, and rooted in what truly matters.
i live in the mountains with my husband and daughter (and 2 dogs 😊), where seasonal rhythms shape our days. motherhood continues to refine my work, reminding me that regulation is not theory — it is something we practice in real homes, in real relationships, every single day.
this is a space for living close to the earth and raising children from a steady, resourced place.
